         Asharqia Chamber presents its best regards and informs you of the receipt of the letter of the Saudi Chambers Council No. (1540) date (5.26.1438), referred to the receipt of the Council speech and the Ministry of Trade and Investment No. (24 055) date (5.10.1438), which states that the ministry launched the electronic associations system, which allows contributing companies to provide invitation for the public associations of the Ministry and having the approval of the meetings with the associations and presenting documents of the meeting electronically, out of the keenness of the ministry to facilitate  the holding  procedures.

Accordingly the decree of ministry issued that all joint stock companies to benefit from this online service, and it will stop manual reception of requests for associations and provide documentation of its meetings.
